Warranties and Representations

We make no warranties regarding specific outcomes, performance metrics, or compatibility with all systems unless explicitly stated in project agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to terms specified in project-specific contracts. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in Lithuanian courts.
